Registration​

Registration opens at September 1st, 2024.

Fees include lunches, catering, dinner and exclude accommodation.

Support

Limited opportunities exist for travel grants, registration fees discounts

and waivers for developing countries or students with limited support from their institution.

These are only available upon request.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation before 1 July 2024: you will receive a complete refund minus 18 euro registration costs

• Cancellation between 1 July - 15 August, 2024: you will receive a 50% refund

• Cancellation after 15 August 2024: you will receive no refund
